Carrie Wall

BIOGRAPHY

Carrie Wall is the Co-Director at Skate Pairs in Boxboro, MA. She has been coaching figure skating for over ten years and is a national, international and Olympic coach. Alongside Bobby Martin, she was a nominee for PSA Developmental Coach of the Year in 2012 as well as PSA Coach of the Year in 2013 and 2014. Carrie also holds a PSA Master Rating in Pairs.

Carrie received her bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education from Rhode Island College in 2000. She taught high school English at Cumberland High School and in 2002 when her oldest daughter was born she decided to make a career change and coach skating full-time. Carrie believes that athletics help to build strength in the body and mind, building self-confidence, teaching life lessons and a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of coaching Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug and their three daughters: Emma, Kate and Callie. Emma is a competitive horseback rider in the USEF Hunter division, division, Kate plays elite travel soccer and Callie enjoys going to school and gymnastics.
